Project Engineer

• Determining the insulation scope in accordance with contracted lines/ vessels/equipment
• review all drawings and isometrics
• Prepare the method statements in accordance with the technical specification and drawings
• Material take off
• Estimate required hours

Liaise with the client engineer for technical clarifications

Review CD’s in respect of completeness and scope

If required take measurements on site

Technical Advise and support of the site team

Prepare in liaison with QC requirements of inspection as part of the work pack

Get approval from client for work pack incl MTO

Registration and Documentation of work packs

Distribution to the team

Boilermakers:

• Trade qualifications as a boilermaker with a minimum of 3 years trade experience
• MIG & TIG welding experience
• The ability to interpret mechanical / engineering drawings
• A strong attention to detail
• Ideally have structural welding experience
• An ability to work unsupervised
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Self Motivation

Industrial Painters/Blasters:

• A commitment to ‘0 Harm’ Safety Programs.
• Experience in conventional and/ or airless spray applications.
• Experience operating high pressure abrasive blast units.
• Experience working within a mining/ minerals environment highly regarded.
• A current drivers licence essential
• Working at heights or Confined Space preferred
• The ability to pass medical and Drug and Alcohol test essential
• Experience in Industrial Epoxy painting
• Experience in airless machine spraying

Diesel Fitters:

• Ongoing maintenance and service of Equipment and Machines;
• Ensuring all maintenance repairs are performed in accordance with Company guidelines and within cost targets;
• Ensuring a safe working environment and quality of workmanship;
• Maintaining machine availability and integrity through inspections,
• Working with customer requirements.
• Experience on CAT and Komatsu an advantage

• A dedicated attitude to following OH&S policies and procedures;
• Previous experience with Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment;
• Relevant trade qualifications and post trade experience;
• Strong communication skills; and
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Sheet Metall Workers:

• Trade papers for 1st Class
• Experienced Laggers & 2nd Class SMW
• Safety conscious
• Work as part of a team
