As you are over 45 years of age, you are ineligible to apply for a Skilled Independent Visa.

You may still be eligible for a Skilled Independent visa if you are married to a person under the age of 45 who satisfies the requirements.

Otherwise, you may be eligible for permanent residence based on sponsorship by an employer in Australia or by a child or family member in Australia depending on your particular circumstances.
